Hi folks,

Em and I celebrated Passover in fine style tonight, having a small two-handed Seder, a full, traditional Seder plate, four glasses of really good kosher wine (OK I had five) and the results of two days of pretty much solid cooking and kitchen cleaning. Got hungry tonight around 730.

I cooked. I rock.

Made us a big mess of dirty rice with ground beef and red beans. Came out fantastic. One of those meals where you boil water, open a box, fry up some frozen hamburger, and open a couple of cans. Goya is our friend!
