I'm going to write about my weight/food issues/connected emotions on this, my main journal, rather than maryfat for a while. I may use maryfat for day to day stuff that doesn't really talk about the bigger picture. ( I shall be putting most of this sort of thing behind a cut )

The oven fitters will call me anytime between 7am and 5pm to tell me that they are on their way. That's quite a long time to wait if they get here in the late afternoon. They have my mobile number, so I'll be able to go out as long as it's very local. Time for a little introspection I think.
