More stuff and things

Today's positive affirmation: Concentrate on one thing at a time. Hopefully that'll get me off the worry wheel. I'm going to keep a running 'I ought to' list in the living room for now. An 'I ought to' list is not quite the same thing as a to-do list. I write down the things that I'm procrastinating about and angsting that I haven't done, and having them somewhere outside of my head stops me from going from one 'ought to' to another and back again. Eventually they get done.

News: my adventuring IUD is going to be removed by an operation that doesn't involve my bits. They're going in via my navel. I have no idea how long it's going to be before this happens.

More news: I just booked/paid for my place at BiCon.

I have a feeling that today could turn into a frequent posting day... I'll try and add to this post instead.

Caffeine is fuelling my anxiety. I am addicted to caffeine. Blah.

Bah. My Experian Credit Report has come back as excellent, but they are the people that Nationwide use to decide who to give various financial products to (I wanted a debit card), and I've been refused. So huh?!
