I can't believe I haven't posted for two weeks!

I can't do it right now because I need to get ready for bed, but I will do it soon.

I have another project I'm trying to get done before the end of this month:  getting a professional programming certification.  Which means a lot of studying.  Which means giving up other things, like web surfing ( Read more... )

I have something I need to finish before August 1, and I've realized I need to focus very tightly on finishing it.  Which means minimal web socializing.

I will still be available via email and may turn up on Twitter occasionally.

I am finding that telling the world about something on Twitter (like having to see an eye doctor this morning to have a torn contact lens fragment removed from my eye) more or less relieves my need to talk about it. So I don't bother reporting it on LJ. Which explains why a lot of poeple seem to have left LJ for Twittering ( Read more... )

Caught up to April 1 on my flist tonight. Seems a suitable place to pause.

LJ seems very quiet. I hope that, once the DDoS situation is resolved or at least stabilized, the Lorax and all of his friends will come back.

I feel like nobody's on LJ anymore, and that those who are, aren't talking.

It's lonely over here. Anybody else feel that way?
