so it's sunday
I'm off work. Yea! It was my weekend. Nice to have that over. Sad to realize that the next time I work the weekend I'll be back in school. SADNESS!!! Blah.
Met Katrina the other night. She told me that Julie's maid of honor and Matt's next best man.. anyway, the next best man died of a freak case of sepsis that developed from pneumonia irritated by a a mold infestation in his apartment. really sad. he was only 21 and had dated this girl that was julies maid of honor for 7 years. they weren't engaged or married yet, but they had planned on it one day. I did not have any words of comfort. I can't even imagine. awfullness.
the tea and talking was good despite that part of our conversations. she hates workin at the VA. we talked some about her wedding. evidently it's a lot of work to prepare for.
had coffee with chenai a week ago. that is also always fun. she is begging me to just try for my doctorate. i'm gonna play it by ear. btw, talked to joy and she would like to do the same. dr. sharif told me that nurses make the best nurses. time tells all. enough for now.
