Yesterday I baked a red velvet cake from scratch! Boo-yah! Made the cream cheese frosting from scratch, too. It came out pretty good. Look!

Okay, so I'm not Irish AT ALL, but since tomorrow's St. Patrick's day and I felt like baking, I figured, hey, any excuse to make a cake, right? So, what did I do? I made a green cake! :D

And also, 'cuz I was bored, I did THIS. I am so lame. :P

I found the website my uncle has up for the restaurant. There's some pictures of the specials we've run, and the building. It's just a simple, free website. Very plain. But it's got the menu and stuff. The food looks good if I do say so myself. ;) I made the appetizers in the apps pictures! hehe.

The new Banana Chocolate Split flavored Pop-Tarts are teh yum. XD That's what I ended up having for dinner. With leftover brussel sprouts. :D Yum. I've only had brussel sprouts for the first time a couple weeks ago, but discovered I really like them. XD

It's almost Thanksgiving! Whoa. I decided I was going to make a dessert this Thanksgiving, something we don't normally have, and as a test run I got a recipe for sweet potato pie and made one today.
