Rolled my ankle today playing Ultimate. It's sprained and I have cructches to use, which I am rather incompetent on. Ankle is rather painful, has a tube bandage and is not actually broken. This is a good thing ( Read more... )

I have been out every night this week since Monday - Ultimate, groceries, videos, and darthsappho's birthday dinner, which makes me quite glad I'm not going anywhere tonight. My knees are colourful. Unlike F. I actually remember how they got that way. They only hurt if I kneel on them or bend them too far. For the first time months, I used a normal computer chair all day. I have emailed off my registration form for the Ultimate Beach Tournament this weekend. I am glad that I'll have another two days after to recover.
