I'm sitting backstage at the American Society of Human Genetics conference in Ex. Hall 1 at the Honolulu Convention Center at the moment. It is 8:20 a.m. and I've been here since 6 a.m. 6 a.m. is officially very early; the sun doesn't even rise till around 6:30 a.m. these days. Well, I've got today mostly off. I'll be going to preview for Frost/Nixon at MVT this evening, but otherwise I don't have anywhere I've got to be. And tomorrow I've got nothing on my calendar. I really do wish I could be in two places at once! I'm opening these two shows within a week of each other and I've got outside jobs this week as well. And, nobody is rehearsing on Friday (Halloween) so, on an evening where I could take lots of useful notes or make fixes to cues already in the board, I can't. Today has actually been a pretty good day. I think I've officially started into another busy section of my work life. All this week I've either been at HPU, MVT, or working at the Convention Center (HCC) with HSLR.
