I finally saw The Hunger Games last week, and I really liked it; the book was better, though(isn't that always the case?). This was one of the few times when I read the book before I saw the movie. :-) How soon 'til it's on DVD, I wonder?

Finally saw DH Part 2 yesterday, and it was amazing! Even though I'm more of a casual HP fan(I've only seen the movies)I loved it. I really want to start reading the books now, even though I know what happens and how it all ends.

The job search is still on! I applied for a restaraunt job while my brother and I were at the mall yesterday afternoon, and I got to talk with a manager this time. There were no openings at the moment, but they will hold onto my application. *is hopeful*

It's my birthday today! No plans for the afternoon, but tonight I'll be going to see Black Swan. I'm looking forward to it, I hear it's an awesome movie.

Hope everyone has fun tonight, whatever you've got planned. I'll be going to the movies to see Paranormal Activity. I even considered dressing up, but I probably wouldn't have found a cool costume in my size on such short notice. Maybe next year.

I had to work again, like last year (meh).  There wasn't much work to do, however, so I got off early, which gave me plenty of time to get ready to go out to see Public Enemies (very good!) and watch the fireworks afterwards. Plus, there was the Twilight Zone marathon on SciFi. Good times.

I had a weekend off, which doesn't happen a lot. On Saturday, I saw Wolverine, and it was pretty awesome.  On Sunday, I attended church. It was nice catching up with my friends; since I have to work on Sundays, I hardly ever get to see them. :-(
And so, another week begins....

Last week, my brother and I finally got around to seeing Watchmen, and though the violence was a little much(I mean, I expected it to be a bit graphic, but woah), we really enjoyed it. I kinda want to read the book now.

I have a Saturday off(been getting a lot of those lately), and it's raining outside. Perfect day for staying in and watching movies. Sometimes, it's nice not having anything to do or anywhere to go.
