I am not a language biggot - speak whatever language you want. But. if you are going to have someone answer your phones, you need to make sure:

1. They speak English fluently
2. The understand the terms of art aasociated with your product or service
3. They do not have an accent so thick that it negates 1 & 2

Nuff said.
