Fair warning, rant coming on - you have been warned....
I do NOT get the business model that says I will charge you less for something costs me more to produce then for the thing you can do yourself cheaply. In particular, I am talking about charging more to download and print something yourself then to get it bound, printed and shipped.
Excuse me, I am saving you money when I download and print. Why should I have to pay (in this instance) three times as much for that honor? If anything, given what I save you in your expenses, I should be paying only about one third the price.
Come on people, inset a crowbar in your rectum and resolve the anal-cranial inversion
