Slept for 15 hours last night with the help of some Wal-adryl.  Don't think it's the allergies, considering the fever and chills :(

I forgot how much sneezing hurts when my neck is like this.  The entire time I feel the sneeze coming, it's just dread ... and then yes, yes, it hurts just that much.

Groan.  I have thrown my neck out again (like throwing out your back, only extra fun).  I was all ready for work and putting on my backpack when it hit.  I never when it's going to happen and it's always so fast.  All of a sudden, everything hurts and every movement hurts.  It's a big muscle spasm, which pulls the spine out of place, which leads to ( Read more... )

Back to almost normal!  I even finished my laundry and tidied my bedroom and unloaded and loaded the dishwasher.  I am so ready for my karate banquet tonight. 

Woke up miserable at 3:00 a.m., with fever up again and feeling nauseated.  I knew I needed to take something, but I was afraid I'd throw up if I tried.  Turns out thinking about throwing up inspired me to throw up anyway ( Read more... )
