Damn it, I suck at Apartment Music Chicken.

DownstairsNeighbor plays his unreasonably loud.  I sit around steaming for awhile.  I turn on some Mozart and blast it from my surround sound.  Two minutes later I feel bad and turn it down.  That's too loud for an apartment, I think to myself.
