I've just called in a noise complaint to the non-emergency police dispatch. The people across the street are blasting their music. I am in my own house, across a street with constant traffic, with my windows closed, and I can still hear it. Unacceptable.
I tried to be nice. I walked over there and rang the doorbell. Even waited until it was between songs, and they didn't answer. Too bad, people. I'm telling on you.
