 I went to Goodwill today with my sisters. I wasn't looking to buy anything, but mostly went along for the chance to visit. "Tea" in the context of the HTP community has come to mean so much more than just dried bits of leaves steeped in hot water. It has become almost a sort of currency. I'm so proud of and pleased with HTP's performance of Julius Caesar this weekend. I feel like I should go on at great length about how fabulous the whole process was and how awesome the actors were and so on and so forth and about how this was one of the best plays our club has had in years and how much we all gained from the experience. I actually got to be a painter for Liquid Latex this year and to see half of the show (I had Caesar rehearsal for the other half). It was a really neat experience and (despite all of the reasons why I'm sure it's terrible for the environment and all that) I was inspired to create my own piece.
