One of the biggest anime conventions in the midwest, Youmacon, begins tomorrow! & despite the fact that it's relatively close to me, sadly I will not be attending. Comic-Con: Viz Media
Viz Media was of course on hand at Comic-Con this weekend, though they really didn't have that much new stuff to announce. The biggest being that of "Death Note: Black Edition," a re-release of the original Death Note manga in over-sized double-volume format in attractive new all-black covers. & really that was pretty much it ( Read more... ) -
E3 2010: Video Game Videos
Obviously the main attraction at E3 this year was the debut of the Nintendo 3DS, the handheld that has 3D graphics without the use of glasses. Those at the event swear that it somehow the handheld truly does this, while the rest of us are left to our imaginations as to how it looks & works.
