Oh dear. I have just discovered the Discworld MUD. It's quite addictive. I'm trying to become a wizard (if I can ever find Unseen University) and I have somehow acquired a very cute cabbage as a pet. It cuddles affectionately. Aww (don't say it, think_too_much)!
