Recently, I really miss Perú. I want to go back some day.

  So, I've been here for more than half my visit. I have 10 class days left... of 16. Friday morning we leave for a long weekend in Ica, where we'll see the sun for the first time in two weeks.   Lima is good. I've learned to take the micros, which are buses, to class. They're exciting. I have one class at 9.25 and then a break, when I go do homework, and then another class at 12.05. This makes me want to also get a donut and hot chocolate during my free time as there is a combo at the Dunkin Donuts stand in Larco Mar. I've only done this ( Read more... )

  I have an English Sheepdog named Ofelia! She's adorable and has to wear her hair in pigtail type things so that she can see. My family is nice and lives really close to each other.   Tomorrow morning at 6 I have to be ready to take a bus to the trail head to begin a four day hike to Macchu Picchu. It is going to be incredible. It's a bit sad because one of the things I'm really excited about is eating the snacks I brought with me for the trail.
