I drove all day after church and made it all the way through WV up to the top of the state. I stopped a few times. It was a rainy, misty day. The interstates and highways through WV are very curvy and hilly. It's amazing how they can make bridges from one mountain to another, missing all that valley and the windy roads that it takes to navigate

I listened to a woman who is a felter today. She said she gets her ideas from nature sometimes. She picked up a fallen leaf which gave her the idea of felting in those sort of colours and in those patterns

I went to town and just went over to Giant tiger for a few things, lettuce, oranges, chocolate chips, cheesies, potatoes, baking soda for the smell in our room of dead mouse, ick, baby powder and vinegar

We would have stopped beside the water on our way to find a restaurant, a bayou on the way down from 98 to Perdido Key, but I imagined aligators.
Debbie in her Art and Junk store in Grayton Beach area said an alligator had come up on her beach the other day in Fort Walton and now she can't let her grandbabies swim in there anymore.
