I altered feeding time for the cats. This has done 2 things. 1) Kept the cats from clawing my head as I wake from sleep. 2) Afforded them time in the bathroom with me in the AM to consider and then execute poopoo and peepee on the citykitty where I can right away clean up and keep things tidy ( Read more... )

Snow today, started falling on the way in. Was already deep enough in Seattle to warrent a 2 hour delay on schools opening. So basically we had a pretty nice dusting. But the funny thing is that I had drempt that we had a snow day. I'm clarvoiant or something like that ( Read more... )

I know it's Veteran's Day, but the other kind of Vet is on my mind today.
I got the day off, and took the boys in for their first exam with our clinic. I got home and walked around the house looking a various bills, etc. and just a reality check for those who think cats are 'cheap' pets.
