2021 Subaru Forester - oil chg + new filter

4.5qts full synthetic 5w-20. WIX 57055 filter. Odometer: 24924mi

Purchased four new tires for our 2021 Subaru Forester.

The inside front tire edges were worn out and bald, even though the middle and outer edge tire tread was normal.

Car has about 20k miles on the odometer. In my opinion the tire wear is abnormal and the tires did not last as long as they should have. Will investigate how I can adjust the ( Read more... )

Rotated the tires. Fronts == > back axle. Backs == > front axle.

Odometer: 18+k miles.

Never had rotated the tires before. I should have been more conscientious about doing regular tire rotations at each oil change.

2021 Subaru Forester - maintenance schedule

The maintenance schedule is in the "WARRANTY & MAINTENANCE 2021" booklet, page 28.

The car does not seem to come with any "maintenance minder" dashboard lights or indicators, so the only way to know what to do when, is to reference the chart!
