Winter has finally arrived.

It was heralded by two events that mean 'winter is here!' to me:
1. Yesterday it rained. A real rain, that lasted most of the day, on-and-off.
2. Last night the outside temperature got below 35F in my backyard.

We really needed a good rain, too.

We have started our decorating for Xmas 2009.

Took Julia and her BFF Macy to Mickey's Halloween Haunt at Disneyland this year. Ben had a great time, too. Valerie's family hooked up with us, too. :)
