Dad, I like talking to you *hug*

From my Middle child to me, this morning. Warmed my heart.

Celebrated Ben's birthday late this year, but it was one of the best ones so far.

Had the party at Gymnastikids in Pasadena, had pizza from Angelo's, kids had a blast playing on the trampoline and other gymnastic equipment. Parents got to chat and eat while the kids played. Party was 2.5hrs long.

Then came home and opened presents.

One of Grandma's birthday presents to Ben was a day trip to the San Diego Zoo. Sonjia was sick, so stayed home with Jenna. So it was me, mom, Ben, and Julia.

Sonjia working with Julia on her school project. Ben is watching Dinosaur Train via Netflix streaming. I am shadowing Jenna as she crawls around the house, exploring.

For 4th of July this year, we:
1. Had Julia participate in the San Gabriel parade, with her Girl Scout brownie troop.
2. Went to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach's 4th of July dinner BBQ
3. Watch fireworks above the Queen Mary from near the Aquarium's grounds.
