Last night's speed dating adventure was a bit of a mess. There were far, far too many people there and therefore we were given about four and a half minutes with each, which I was a bit shocked at. Er... so my run of never getting past a second date continues unabated. I am nothing if not consistent. Doubtless I'll have more thoughts on this when I'm either more annoyed or depressed.

Yesterday's class chat went okay. Most of it went right over the students' heads. They really are only beginners at this kinda thing.
