I was going to post something else, mostly about how I snagged another Yuletide pinch hit, and how conceiving/writing/posting a whole story in 36 hours is the best kind of crazytimes, and also about how I have a new computer and it is very shiny, but that got boring. So instead: fannish year in review meme, last seen all over my friendslist.

I am succeeding at reading LJ again, but not so much at commenting. I am succeeding at writing fanfic, but not so much my dissertation. (Would my advisor understand that the 4000+ words of rent boy AU is an interpretive response to theory? Doubtful.)
