Between spending a week in Colorado visiting my father and then coming back home to the NHL playoffs (GO HABS GO!) and my husband's business completing a significant expansion, I've been sadly remiss in keeping up with LJ/DW. However, I am back.

Missed all of last night's TV because we were down in Boston with a friend and one of H's employees watching our beloved Habs beat the Bruins 3-1. Very satisfying! Boston fans are quite mouthy before the games - and after, if the Bruins win - but when Montreal beats them, they get downright quiet afterward (by drunk Boston dude standards). Heh. 1) It's snowing. Quite heavily. Well, this is Vermont, where, if you don't like the weather, just wait five minutes. I can remember it snowing in June once. 1) Teh fambly is winging its way back to Colorado. I will miss them, but I will not miss running the dishwasher at least twice a day and doing so much driving. Especially driving in Montréal, which is rather terrifying to someone who is used to what passes for traffic in Vermont. I still have not watched BSG, even though I am on the East Coast.

Playoff hockey + my favorite team trump even new BSG. There really isn't much else that can do that.
