So, classes started up again today.  What better way to avoid reading my textbooks than by doing an end of the year survey?  There is no better way.  This is the way, people.  Anyways, I've been longing to steal this from girlinacardigan, and she's being nice and condoning my thievery, so...2008!  And yeah, this is a few days late, but let's just let it slide, k ( Read more... )

omg you have a thing for J Crew too? I was just there yesterday. Bought myself the new navy blue belted trench coat. I'm kind of in love. Navy is my absolute FAVORITE color to wear. I'm fond of pink because it's all cute and girly but really, I prefer to wear navy, black, and charcoal. But don't worry! Though those three colors make up a significant portion of my wardrobe, I wear other colors too ( ... )

Oh yes. I love, love, love J. Crew. They have the cutest things. And yay for your new trench!! Navy is such a lovely color. I have a navy pea coat that I'm so very much in love with.

I haven't shopped at Lacoste at all, but I know the gator you speak of. And it is very, very cute.

I'll try not to feel guilty about my horrible abuse of proper grammar. Hee. It does add character! But yeah, I write like this because it's how I think things inside my head. Apparently I think in incomplete sentences. Like all the freaking time. I can't help it. And I completely understand the all lower case thing. Actually, sometimes I think it looks really adorable and teensy. I do not know why...

And thank you for the song rec! I love it when people rec my music. I just listened to it, and it's very, very lovely! Thanks! :)

Hey! I just watched all of the Grey's sneak peeks for Thursday's epi and I'm pretty pumped. Denny was in one (gag me) but Alex was being adorably funny/huggable. My point is though there seems to be a new blonde doctor talkin with Bailey. I'm not sure yet how I feel about this...but this new Blondie is just so Pretty! And, I'm not sure if you watch Bones at all, but she's on there sometimes and she makes me laugh. So, I complain a LOT about the ever-expanding cast but I think I'm willing to make this one and only exception. So long as A) Denny goes Far, FAR Away B) Sadie either dies or goes back to Europe and takes her funny accent with her and C) Lexie becomes a wall-flower again and the rest of the pyscho-interns return to the backdrop as props ( ... )

Yay for sneak peeks! Seeing Denny made me angry, but Alex was wonderful as always. I'm not sure how I feel about the new blondie doctor. She is definitely very, very pretty though, and I can be very superficial about my TV characters, so that may be enough for me to like her. I'll have to wait and see. She was a little too perky in that clip, but maybe she'll be more normal during the eppy. Although yeah...we definitely do not need more characters. But, if all your A, B and C requirements are met (And Dixon...ooh that works as a D because of her name, as much as it pains me to say it because I adore MMcD, she needs to go too). If all that happens, there might be room for Dr. McPretty ( ... )

whoa barbie characters? that's rough. i forgot about D for Dixon. Yes, she can go too. but since she's only been 'round for 2 epies (or is it 3?) i'm reluctant to include her as part of the general cast. she's just...awkward. like, PAINFULLY awkward. actually, michael scott is painfully awkward. dixon is on a different level entirely. i do like Hunt tho. so i'm willing to keep him. he's just so...manly and hunky. he's a man's man. derek...he's a faux pas manly-man. he thinks he's manly but really, he's not. the hair products do not equate to manliness. plus he's as moody as a girl. so. faux pas manly man. and hey! you're from chicago? i'm from st. louis! which is like 1/10 the size of chicago but whatev. it's actually kind of a pathetic city. not nearly as cool as NYC or Boston or Chicago.

Yeah, it was very, very painful. Scrooge had magically become Victorian England singing sensation Eden Starling (or something like that). The ghosts of past, present and future were all transformed into sparkly barbie faries in pretty dresses. Even Tiny Tim became a girl for some reason. I kid you not. It was horrendous ( ... )
