Today was the official first day of school for all of the student aged children in the city. For the first time in months, buses carried loud and anxious children to their respective schools. I remember what it was like, that nervousness because you don’t know what this year ( Read more... )

Does anyone know a good converter for .vob files to turn them into .avi or .mpeg (etc, etc)? I have some rips from personal DVDs on my computer that I would love to put into .avi or some other format to distribute to others to watch. I did a GOOGLE search, of course, but a lot ( Read more... )

Yes, it is official. I am officially a university graduate.

I checked my graduation/degree status just five minutes ago. I can’t apply for my teacher’s license until my degree information is posted, so I have been monitoring it like crazy so that I can order my transcripts ( Read more... )
