I don't have curly hair, but I'm still fascinated by the whole no shampoo movement. I bleached my hair all weird, yesterday, and now that it's not monochromatic anymore, I'm no longer startled when I look in the mirror. It's good that my self-conception is now aligned with what I look like, but it's funny to think that my internal conception of myself is unnatural and involves toxic fumes.

Can anybody cut hair even half-decently? I don't particularly care if you've never done it before, as long as you have eyes, can cut in a straight line, and won't stab me in the back of the throat with your scissors.
