For the past week I've had a patient on Comfort Care in my hospital who I've been caring for. They'd been growing slowly weaker. So, there has been SO MUCH that's happened since my last post. The move went well and I love my new home, being close to family, and even this small town. I really, really like my job. Our program's graduation was yesterday, which meant I got to sit through a 3+ hour ceremony (at least it was a sit-down dinner with drinks) and listen to the program director wax ridiculous over the first and third year residents (the ONLY good class we have currently are the R2s).
