The LJ downtime made me realize just how much of my internet usage is invested in LiveJournal. Like, craploads of my time. I'll estimate that at least a third of the sites I regularly visit are either Friends' Lists, my RPG journals, or communities. I felt so deprived, ha ha. Dad's birthday was two days ago, and it was a lot of fun. Sis and I baked him some good vanilla cake and mixed him some maple frosting, but we baked the cake in a pan too large and it spread out really thin, like thick cookie thin. Halloween/my birthday was so-so for me.
