I am back in the South of England for my 2nd weekend of NLP. It is amazing, mind-altering, self-affirming and magical. I miss my husband and my cats, though.

I have also continued to do my 10 Sun Salutations a day, plus 4 pushups. Feeling good, and the future looks bright. I need my shades.

Guy is away in Surrey working on a bathroom, so I'm all on my lonesome here. Well, aside from two large, demanding furry cats. It's a little chilly in here, and they insist on covering me every time I sit still for more than a few minutes. It's nice to be loved ( Read more... )
