We had the cats spayed yesterday. I made a deal with Mom: if she could find a cheap spay/neuter clinic and make the appointment, then I would pay for both animals. So she found out that Popcorn Park Zoo   could do it for $100 per cat, plus their shots, which was around $30 per cat. Well, the apple pie is in the oven now. It's late since I had to do the pumpkin pies and have dinner...I forgot to make the coleslaw!!!!
Anyway, I've never made an apple pie before, so I'm a but worried about how if will come out :(

I have dessert detail for Thanksgiving. This is fine, I like baking. I mentioned that I was thinking of maybe trying my hand at making an apple pie, but I wasn't sure. Should've kept my mouth shut, because Mom told the rest of the family that I am definitely, absolutely 100% for certain making one.

So...anyone have a recipe for apple pie? XD
