I spent my afternoon baking pies. I forgot to cover the pumpkin pie crusts with foil, so the crusts burned, but the filling looks okay and that's what matters, right? The apple pie, by contrast, might be underdone. The crust seems a bit doughy. The no-bake cheesecake came out just fine. It's...it's hard to mess that up.
