Quick update on a few things:

1) Still on the diet. I've lost 6 pounds. Woot! Going to the gym tomorrow to work my sore muscles and try not to die.

2) American Gladiators is on tonight! I love that show...It is my guilty pleasure. This guy is my favorite:

Has anyone here ever watched the show Carnivale? It's become a recent obsession of James & mine. It's weird, scary, disturbing and altogether wacky, but we both really love it. Mother Nature, seriously get it together.
