I had a pretty great christmas this year. The actual holidays with my family were nice but the whole of december has been good and I've had so much fun making presents and sending out cards and getting awesome mail in return.

I got my first piece of christmas mail today :DDD That was some amazing timing. Rhonda and Lori, my American host parents, sent me a huge letter (so thick it ripped the christmas card it was wrapped in!) and a visa gift card. Because luck was smiling on me I have some extra cash, which means I can send out christmas cards after all! I love sending out cards and gifts and I hate that I'm usually limited by that pesky little detail of international postage, but not this year :D
