I had a pretty great christmas this year. The actual holidays with my family were nice but the whole of december has been good and I've had so much fun making presents and sending out cards and getting awesome mail in return.
Many thanks to kriski, khana, moku_youbi and wethepainted for the lovely christmas cards and letters! I'll have to find my camera charger soon and take a picture of my awesome wall of holiday mail because it's the best thing ever :D
Christmas eve this year was one of the best ones ever. Whoever says that video games erode actual human interaction has clearly never had a Wii. My parents gave me a Wii with Wii Sports as a combined christmas and birthday gift and we spent the entire evening of the 24th and a good chunk of the 25th destroying each other in bowling and golf. I don't think I've spend that much uninterrupted time with my whole family since our last vacation together.
Yesterday I finally signed up for weight watchers again. I should have done that a whole lot sooner. Since I moved back in with my parents in August I managed to gain 13kg /o\ It's even more annoying because I was so close to my goal before I started going off the rails. At least I've caught myself now and hopfully this time next year I'll finally be at my goal.
