I made espresso caramels.. They were okay. It was the first time I ever tried making any kind of candy. I think I should have got a couple degrees higher with it, they were a liiiiittle soft. Maybe I brought this on myself by complaining about violent crime in Cleveland recently, when property crime is actually much higher anyway.
