WELP. so i just realized there were a bunch of posts submitted for approval in the queue from as far as like a week ago and i never noticed. i rely on LJ giving me email notifications for when posts need to be approved. i never manually check the moderation queue. and for some reason LJ stopped giving them to me? i don't know if it's a ( Read more... )

This is where you can request a contributor tag once you have made at least 5 posts on the community.

A Basic account on LJ only gets a 1,000 tag limit. Early Adopter and Plus Accounts can have at most 1,200 different tags. Paid and Permanent Accounts can have at most 4,000 different tags.
