Hi!

I've created this post on the Merlin Writers community and I'm trying to promote it.

Can I post a link on this comm?

Thanks!

sure! just make sure to mention merlin/arthur somewhere in your post, if you have a banner, it should be 500px at the most in width (and the height not too large). tag to use is: "resources: links" and please put "posted with mod permission (frances_veritas)" at the end of your post, thank you! and great idea! :)

Hi - sorry, I just posted something and I realise I've used the wrong version of the 1st time posting tag and rating - is there any way I can edit it? It should be PG-13 rating and 1st time posting [2] - I haven't posted for a while and was going by what I'd done before. Sorry.

The summerpornathon is back this year. Would I be able to post a promotion here for it? We're trying to get the word out and to get some more sign ups for even teams.

did I get my post wrong? I posted something 3 days ago and thought maybe things were behind since there were no site updates, and then yesterday I saw some new posts, so I thought maybe I got mine wrong or something. I tried to post again, but it said I already had max posts waiting to be checked. I think I may have forgotten to tag my post as fanart if that was the problem. I also know my friend posted from 3 days before that, and she was asking me if she did something wrong, but since I can't see her post I told her I have no clue.

This will also be my 5th post under this new fandom user name so I was wondering if I should be getting a contributor tag after this because I plan to post lots more merthur art in the future ^.^ I don't know how I'm supposed to get one of those though :)

yay \o/

lol, LJ is a bit weird sometimes. A couple of weeks ago it gave me heart failure when it banned me from rotrude's journal and I thought she got mad at me XD it was weird because it was the day after I made her art, and she has no clue how I got on the list. It also never notified some of my friends that I friended them :P

hi! okay yeah, sorry about that again!

and i think the reason why you got the "maximum" error is because the community doesn't have a "paid account" anymore. we just have a "plus account". and an lj faq here states that:

"Maximum queued posts for this community+poster combination reached": You have reached the maximum number of entries you can put into the community's moderation queue. The maximum number is 1 for Basic or Plus communities and 5 for Paid or Permanent communities. You will not be able to post another entry to the queue until a community moderator has approved or rejected one of your entries already in the queue.which i also wasn't aware of. so as the moment you can only submit one entry at a time. and you'll have to wait until it's approved before submitting another. i usually approve every day though (until i stopped getting the notifs in my email, darnit lj), so its never been too much of a problem! but sorry for the inconvenience. me and my other mod don't always have the money to keep up with a paid account for ( ... )
