I've been up since 6:30. Before 8am, I had made chicken salad, a chicken salad salad, a fruit smoothie, a pot of coffee, waffles and a kid's lunch. I have ingested exactly one cup of coffee. This is why I'm losing weight, you guys. It's the "exhaust yourself and forget to eat" diet. EYAFTED.
