My whole moratorium on dating the baseball player lasted an entire day.

He asked me out to dinner tonight and we went right after my shift ended.

And he was cute (with these amazing hazel eyes) and sweet and funny and reads actual books and understood my love of To Kill a Mockingbird and indulged my love of traveling to Europe and opened doors ( Read more... )

Another thought...

I have less than a year to find a stupid date to this wedding (it's so pathetically sad that I feel it'll take a whole year)  I cant possibly go by myself.

Oy.

It'll be spring training, perhaps I can talk a baseball player into going with me.  Oh joy...
