I think I'm going to give up all 'fake' caffeine - like soft drinks. I'll stick with Tea because I do need a morning pick me up, but I think, even having the sugar free caffeinated drinks is sending me around the bend. Yep, that's me right now. I did actually go for a walk around Lake Weerona the other morning, just nothing more. I went pedometer shopping yesterday...I'm surprised you could even do that but I did.
