Personality: scatter-brained, disorganized, old fashioned (read: sexist), not on top of things and someone who believes that they are in charge of the situation when they are really not.

History/What we know: Dr. Raggleworth is a very private person so there isn't TOO much that we know. His brother died in a fire when he was a child and he went to College and became a scientist. He studied under the man who would one day be known as Agent Fish about aqua-marine life although their goals of study were very different. He found the Piranha on a trip to the Amazon unconscious and nursed him back to health and adopted him as a friend. Although he IS very old-fashioned he harbors a secret crush on Gilda, ironically because she is so forceful. It will NEVER go anywhere. Has probably the world's most ludicrious speech inpediment in that he says the word "type" as often as many people use the word "like". Is extremely protective of the Piranha.
