lol, he sounds like a fun guy. Is his name a Caesar homage or a Kirk homage? I like the strengths and weaknesses part, as well as his crush on Gilda. His speech habit sounds great, too.

Kirk homage. His crush on Gilda is kind of cute and considering their age difference kind of creepy too. It won't go anywhere however.
