Other news: This has been a good week.

Edit: The other two arrived just before 09:00

Despite being off a week myself, and another two members of our four man team being off this week, we still managed to win the bi0weekly prize for the most calls.

I've just been awarded "Employee of the Month"

I'm rather chuffed.

I can't have Xmas week off. So I have three days more holiday left than I though.
