I had to go to the DMV today, because the title for the old Saturn still listed the dealer as a lien holder, even though the car has been paid off since 2007. We can't get the state cash-out for the car unless the title has no lien-holder, so off I went to the DMV to get that straightened out.
Yesterday I learned a new medical term: "ice-pick headache." I guess that's preferable to a horrible tumor or incepent anyerism.
I spent most of today finishing 3 illustrations for a gaming manual. I did them so quickly the art director wants me to do more. If they pay me equally quickly I should be able to swing it, although I did say I needed to finish my outstanding commissions first.
Because there was absolutely nothing on TV tonight, I watched After Earth (starring Will Smith and Will Smith's son.). I'd heard it was awful, and yeah, it was awful. Will Smith acted like he was in a coma for the entire movie, and everything about it was rediculous. I could write an entire essay about how stupid it was. And if you're familiar with Scientology 'doctrine,' this movie had a ton of it, which added considerably to it's stupidness.
And seriously, are we supposed to believe an interstellar spaceshiop would have seats less comfortable than a modern passenger jet? And that every single person on it would be all killed instantly (no wounded!) except Will Smith and his son?
I could go on, but you get the drift.
Raining again tonight.
weather,
