Sign of the times
I'm currently working on a 13 page comic commission, and one of the characters is a school crossing guard, so i was doing the traditional Google search for some clothing reference.
So when I typed in "Crossing Guard," the first stuff that comes up is--
Crossing guard beaten
Crossing guard attacked
Crossing guard shot
Crossing guard assaulted
And I remember my brother and his friend getting in a lot of trouble with the school when they made faces at our crossing guard!
Since I'm not the one writing this story, this particular crossing guard does not get beaten or assaulted.
