It had been a busy day in the apartment, between Piper's baking and Veronica's cooking and both of them trying to keep Bel out of the food.

But they were finally ready to celebrate Phoebe's birthday.

Veronica and Cameron finally arrived back in Neptune after a mostly handwavy few weeks spent traveling and visiting his family.

They were both in good moods as they entered the apartment.

Veronica was sleeping in. She was happy that Cameron was finally here. He had arrived late the night before and they hadn't had a chance to talk before they fell asleep. Veronica didn't want to wake up. Waking up meant that it was Monday. Monday meant that Cameron was leaving.

So she snuggled closer to him and kept her eyes closed.

After the WTFery of the morning with Piper and Phoebe, Veronica had taken a shower, packed a bag and was surfing the net while she waited for Cameron to show up. She was excited to find out where they were going for the weekend, even though she was hesitant to leave Piper alone.

It was early evening and Veronica was pacing the living room as she waited for everyone to be ready to leave for the party. They had their supply of coasters to test drinks.
