I and the family survived without much mishap.  A tree down across the 'rent's driveway that broke up on impact was easily moved over.  No flooding, no power loss.  There was an interesting ride from the 'rents to Speck-on-a-Map.  Gotta love the Versa with 65 MPH cross winds.  Kat and I spent about 48 hours checking in on each other and each other' ( Read more... )

Took Friday off to make my usual 4 day weekend.

Friday morning, overslept then the dryer wouldn't dry my clothes.  Got on the road about the time I wanted to arrive in Vermont.
